SRH was built as an operator-led hospital platform: a team and structure designed to move from assessment into action. We look at the hospital as an interconnected organization—governance, leadership, quality, workforce, finance, infrastructure, physician relationships and community context—and help establish the priorities, accountability and operating discipline needed for progress.
The aim is not to impose a single template. It is to bring a repeatable framework, adapt it responsibly and help each hospital build from its actual starting point.
